Who knows? I remember a couple of years ago a kid from MU beat the oldest Rosholts 10-0 in the finals of the Big 12 and two weeks later, in Kansas City, those same two kids met in the finals of the NCAA and Rosholts beat him back 10-0. These Division I kids are freakish in their ability to beat kids or be beaten on any given day. Hard to tell. That was a huge win for Porter though, no doubt about that. I bet it puts him up in the top ten.

It'll ultimately will depend on his criteria WRT the others above him. I would guess he'll wind up in the 5-10 neighborhood.
No matter, it was a big win for him. It was the last match of the evening and an evening where the Cowboy's handled the Tigers pretty good. That said, all that butt kicking that happened before the Porter/Perry match was erased when the buzzer sounded and our guy had knocked off the #1 in the nation. I left the building feeling as though MIZZOU had won the duel. It was awesome! Check out the third period below:

Porter must be peaking at the right time, a win over Perry and only a 3-1 loss to Asper, looks like he could find his way to the podium come march.
