Fox Fitness located in NW Wichita will be offering a 12-week summer strength and conditioning camp.

Great for all fall/winter athletes but ideal for wrestlers.
Strength, agility, and speed training.
Emphasis on proper weight training form and technique.

Camp runs June 3rd - August 30th
AM Session: Mon-Thur 9:30-10:45
PM Session1: Mon-Thur 2:00-3:15
PM Session2: Mon-Thur 3:30-4:45
Limit 8 athletes per session.

Athletes must be middle/high school students (age 12-18).
Register by May 1st for early bird pricing.
$500 - paid in full by 5/1
$550 - register by 5/1 and pay via installments
$600 - paid in full after 5/1
$650 - registered after 5/1 and pay via installments

Note to coaches and parents:

We at Fox Fitness want to make it clear that this program is for conditioning only.

There is no wrestling technique taught. Although some familiar wrestling drills are used for the conditioning benefits. We understand the importance of a specific coach's style that they want to convey to each of their wrestlers.

If your child is a multi-sport athlete, the benefits of our program extends beyond wrestling. Feel free to contact us with any questions.
