TOURNAMENT LOCATION
Baldwin High School, 415 Eisenhower, Baldwin City KS 66006

WEIGHT CLASSES
105, 115, 125, 135, 145, 155, 165, 175, 190, 220, 285 (no weight allowance)
*a team can have up to 3 total alternates

WEIGH-INS
In BHS downstairs locker room (must make scratch weight)
7-8pm Friday, July 12 [or] 7:30am Saturday, July 13
*contact Kit Harris if wanting to do a home site weigh-in

WRESTLER ELIGIBILITY
=>Teams for duals for all incoming grades 9-12
=>Youth matches provided on as available basis (elementary & JH)
=>All athletes must have personal insurance & must sign liability waiver

TOURNAMENT ENTRY FEE
$150, make checks payable to BCWC
*mail registration form & entry fee to: Kit Harris, 301 Blaze Blvd, Baldwin City KS 66006 (roster may change day of event)
*can register day of tournament
*notify Coach Harris by 7/10 if attending so bracket & mat plans can be made

SCHEDULE/FORMAT
=>Folkstyle rules
=>Teams will be placed in pools to maximize matches, with a final placing dual
=>Youth matches will be paired up on one of the mats to provide as many matches as possible for youth & JH wrestlers
=>1 1/2 min periods with regular OT rules

AWARDS *depends on number of team entered
=>Wrestlers on top 2 or 3 teams win placing shirt
=>All-Tournament Team shirts for top 1 or 2 wrestlers in each weight class
=>no youth matches awards

$10 entry fee for youth matches

Youth matches will be paired by age, weight, skill.

If no good match-ups are available for you, you can have $$ refunded.

Reminder of youth matches offered at Summer Scuffle in Baldwin on July 13.

The HS dual team tourney is for incoming 9-12 graders, but if you are younger you can come and sign up for youth matches, which will be paired with available wrestlers. If there are not wrestlers your age/weight, your money can be refunded.

We will run 4 mats on Saturday in the BHS gym.

We will dedicate a mat and/or sessions to youth matches.

We will take our list of youth wrestlers (incoming 8th grade & below) and pair up best we can for 2-3 matches, maybe more.

If a wrestler ends up without a good matchup, we can refund the registration fee ($10).

No USA card required.

Reminder of the opportunity for kids in grades 8th and below to enter the Summer Scuffle for matches. Will pair & try to get every kid 2-4 matches, as many as possible.

Entry is $10. If no good matches available, money can be refunded.

BCWC coach Rob Murry will pair the youth matches for the wrestlers.

Weigh-ins begin at 7:30am. Pre-meet clinic by Neosho CC national champion Le'Roy Barnes about 8:30. Wrestling to begin hopefully around 9am.
