Kansas Wrestling Forums General Discussion Kids Folkstyle Rules Committee - Proposed Rule modifications

I am preparing to convene a meeting of the Rules Committee. We will review rules “which directly impact the actions of the mat official during competition.” A summary of the rules modifications are under the “Rules “ tab of this web site.

Other proposed changes will need to be sent to Matt Treaster and are addressed in the By-Laws.

If you have any recommendations for rule changes or modifications please send them to me by August 1st at the latest. Contact me and we can work on the submission.

The members of the rules committee are:

Keith Ashpole – Kids Official Representative
Matt Treaster – Kids Executive Director
Mark Stanley – Kids Asst. Ex. Dir.
Jeff Sheets - Parliamentarian
District Representative x 4
Each District is to have a rules committee appointee, if you are interested in representing your district, please contact your district director.

As of August 2nd I did not receive any proposed rule modification to present and review with the Rules Committee. I am going to report at the board meeting that no requested changes were submitted.
