LSWC Open - Logistics
Thanks everyone for checking your entries. There were only a couple of corrections and we're ready to proceed with weigh-ins tonight and tomorrow, and get bracketing finalized.

Weigh-ins are tonight, 6-8pm and Sat. morning 6:30-8am in the LSHS cafeteria, one floor below the Fieldhouse.
Enter thru the Fieldhouse doors.
Singlets only must be worn for weigh-ins.. Pull down your singlet straps for skin check. Girls can wear proper torso cover.
1) You will be directed where to pick up your check-in sheet - one sheet per wrestler.
2) After receiving the check-in sheet, you will proceed downstairs to the skin check and weigh-in area.
3) After passing skin check and weigh-in,
you must hand your check-in sheet to a LSWC person at the laptops at the the end of the line. You will not be checked and cannot be bracketed until you complete all three steps!. Any wrestler who fails to complete all three steps will be scratched!This is a
BRACKET run tournament (not bout-run). This means that you will see a mat number and a bracket number at the top of every mat clock. Matching mat and bracket numbers will be on every wall bracket. Table workers will display the currently-being-wrestled bracket on the clock. Wrestlers, coaches and fans will need know their mat number and bracket number and prepare to wrestle/watch when they see the bracket number two ahead of the bracket they are in.
Most brackets are 4 man round robins, so there are only two matches per round in each bracket and bracket numbers on the clocks will progress quickly so be ready!Preliminary brackets will be released after weigh-ins close tonight on-line at

m.BracketWrestling.com/t99 Brackets will be posted on the west wall of the upper floor of the Fieldhouse. DO NOT remove brackets from the wall!
Each wall bracket will have a "QR" code. Anyone with a smart phone, a QR scanning app installed on it and internet access will be able to scan that QR code and be taken directly to the on-line version of the bracket - no need to take photos of the wall brackets!
Coaches -
You'll be provided one printout of all of your club's entries with mat and bracket assignments
You MUST HAVE your current coaches card and photo ID to enter the tournament free - this will be enforced at admissions entrance
You will be given wrist bands at admissions entrance for mat access and hospitality room access.
Please ensure the cooperation of your team members, parents and fans for the following requirements.Hospitality room in the cafeteria for coaches and referees only.
LSWC will strictly enforce a policy of ONLY currently wrestling wrestlers and no more than 2 coaches, with wrist bands, allowed mat-side. Everyone's cooperation will be required and sincerely, greatly appreciated by us, and the fans in the stands who wish to watch their wrestler compete.There will be a wrestlers warm-up area on the north side of the fieldhouse by the retracted bleachers. Only coaches and wrestlers warming up will allowed in that area.
Concessions will be available all day long.
Wrestling gear and apparel vendor will open at 7:00am.
