Dual Meet Score Norton 40 Colby 22
Both teams were suffering from illness and injury. Both had JV wrestlers in the line-ups and moved varsity wrestlers around. Norton proved to be the deeper of the two teams in what was, for the most part, a well wrestled dual in front of an enthusiastic crowd for Colby's Senior Night.

It looks like his only loss on the year is in the Semi's at Norton to Sanchez of GC 5-3. You can watch the Colby dual at Open Spaces Sports . .

I know Chief's All Class rankings have a pretty good criteria on how to make it. But if Johnson is JV behind Cayson Cambell, and Johnson pins the #7 All Class kid. It seems that maybe Cayson should be in the All Class Rankings. I do not know how the pin happened, I was not at the dual so I am not sure what the score was before the pin.
I agree with Prieto that Johnson would be varsity on many/most high school teams this year.

Skylar is 17-1 on the year but is behind Campbell, who did lose to Carney as stated above. Not sure how close that ranking match is at Norton. I do know that Johnson wrestled great for us at the Junior Duals and had a huge win in our medal match.
Two very tough 106 guys at Norton!

I'm wondering if Johnson is just now growing into his 106 pound weight? I found that he won kids state last year at the 100 pound high school weight class and weighed in at 99.3 lbs.

I stand corrrected then, you would have to go with Carney over Cayson due to head to head. It probably wouldnt be a good idea to put a kid in the All Class that is not currently on varsity. I am glad I dont have your job figuring out how to rank these kids.
Many schools would love to have 2 kids that could compete with the best in the state at both varsity and JV at the same weight.
