SHOOT2WIN Member S Joined: Mar 2004 Posts: 13 NE Kansas	I am wondering what the rules are for seeding a kids who has wrestled 6 and under all year with no 8 and under matches this year but qualified for state last year in the 8 and under. Is he seeded above 8 and unders that haven't qualified for state. Any help would be appreciated.
