Background Checks and Coaches Card Ordered by your club must be done before taking Bronze Coaches Certification Class
It is that time of the year again for background checks. At least it is for me. Every other year coaches are required to do this BEFORE you can purchase a coaches card.

Coaches are required to complete a background check every two years. Before issuing a current coaches' card, your club will require you to provide proof that you have passed the background check. The cost of the background check is $15. Here are the instructions on what you need to do to complete your background check:

Sign in or create a new account.

Click 'Profile' in the upper right corner of the screen and choose 'BG Check History' near the top of the screen. Please note that you will be required to use a different user id and password in the background check website - do not try to use your USA Wrestling user id and password.

After completing the background check, do not attempt to purchase a membership online. This feature is disabled for Kansas coaches.
5.
After the background check is complete you will receive an email notice indicating whether or not you have successfully passed the background check. Provide this confirmation notice to the club director, who will then be able to purchase your coaches' membership from the state office.
