USA Wrestling’s Folkstyle Tour of America returns to the Rockies for the 4th annual King of the Mountain! Here are the event details:

2014 King of the Mountain
Where: Douglas County Events Center in Castle Rock, CO
When: Weigh-ins on Friday, Dec. 5, wrestle on Saturday, Dec. 6
Who: Bantam (2007-2008)
Intermediate (2005-2006)
Novice (2003-2004)
Middle School (2000-2002, plus enrolled in grades 6-8)
True Beginner divisions available in all Bantam, Intermediate, and Novice age groups

Awards for the top six (6) place winners in the Bantam – Middle School, along with points for the Future Olympian Rankings for wrestlers born from 2001-2006. All wrestlers in the True Beginners division will receive a medal.

All wrestlers must have an active USA Wrestling Athlete membership in order to compete in this event. Event will be capped at 900 wrestlers. USA Wrestling does not charge for changing weight classes, even at weigh-ins, so sign up early to guarantee your spot in the event!

We are less than one week away from the 2014 King of the Mountain!
We already have wrestlers registered from 16 states, and are on pace for a record number of participants. Registration will be capped at 900, so wrestlers are encouraged to sign up as early as possible to guarantee their spot in the event.
