What is required to be a district director? IS it just a coaches membership? Do you have to have a club charter? Do you need wrestlers listed? Do you have lived in the district? Can someone help me find these answers?

You have to be nominated and voted in by your district at the District Meeting in October. No fees or any other requirement.
