Just want to know can you have A East VS West Underclassman Dual.Is there any rules on this Im wanting to put it together.

I think if you wait until after state to have it you are golden.
Are you talking fresh/soph?
But planning it shouldn't break any rules.

Yes I'll want for coaches to let me know after state who are some of the good underclassman in there area are let's get them on the mat.To enjoy some good wrestling.

As you may know there are a ton of underclassmen that are tops of the rankings.
It shouldn't be a hard list to fill.
