Kansas Wrestling Forums General Discussion Kids Folkstyle Club credit cards?

I'm just curious since I came across my first tournament ever that insist on fees being paid with a credit or debit card, how many club have cards? We're pretty small here but we don't have one. We have always paid tournament fees at the tournament by check. It's never been a problem. Is this something we are going to have to look into?

Definitely get one! We have a debit card for our club and I think I have only paid for 1 tournament by check this far into the season. There are definitely more tournaments that are requiring you to pay when you register. As tournaments continue to get stiffed by scratches or clubs forgetting their check book more will go to it.

To me it's convenient to have that part paid for before arriving and not having to worry about it the morning of. It also leaves a clear trail for our accounting and any time the board wants to see expenditures that we make other places.
