Signups for Fr/Gr are on Tuesday March 31 at 6:00 pm until 7:00 ages 6 thru 19. Practice begins on Wednesday April 1st at 6:00 till 8:00 pm, cost is $85.00 if you already have a USA card. If you are a high or middle school wrestler and don't have a card it is an additional $35.00 for the card. Our season goes from April 1st until we leave for Fargo in July. Practice days will be Mon, Tue, and Wed until Fr/Gr state then it will be every Tue and Thur same time. We will plan on going to state, southern plains and duals if you qualify, then to Fargo. We will have our duals that we have had in the past. We have set up for more weight and throwing technique training and conditioning. Hope to see you here.
