Bonner Springs will be hosting Freestyle and Greco practices on Thursdays from 6-7:30PM. There will be a wide variety of coaches in the room, with a number of Kansas National Team coaches. We are open to all ages and skill levels.
Practices will be held up until July 9th, right before Fargo.
Also, I highly recommend attending the Regional Training Center practices on Tuesday's at St. James if you are in the area. Tons of kids of all levels, great workout partners, and very quality coaching. Looked like 80+ in there yesterday.
