Kansas Wrestling Forums General Discussion Kids Folkstyle COACHES and paying for Hotel stays

I am on the board of a small wrestling club. I wanted to know your thoughts on paying for coaches hotel stays. If a coaches kid doesn't go to a paticular tourney or their kid doesn't wrestle until the afternoon session. Let me know what your club does? Thanks

I know are club paid hotels 4 maybe 3or4 tourneys for our head coach and his assistance. an then the coachs paid outta pocket for the rest of hotel stays. But are club is also ran threw a YMCA type deal don't know if that helps.

Smoky Valley does not pay for coaches rooms at any tourney.

Coaches are strictly volunteers and we all pay for our own rooms with the Hays Wrestling Club.

TLWC will pay the State Hotel for any coaches that do not have a child or relative wrestling.

State only though.
