Wrestling Central (Youth) Summer Camp

Registration Date: Sunday, 05/31/15, 5:00-5:15 PM (Pre-registration also available)
Camp Times: Sunday, 05/31 (5:30-8:00 P.M.), Monday, 06/01 (5:30-8:00 P.M.) & Tuesday, 06/02 (5:30-8:00 P.M.)
Camp Fees: $60.00, includes instruction, camp T-shirt and mini tournament or dual competition.
Camp Details: We will cover basic and advanced technique from the nuetral, top and bottom positions. The campers will also learn to drill in an efficient manner from all of these positions. The camp will also cover Strength & Conditioning exercises and programs specifically for wrestling.

Ages: Open to all athletes between the ages of 8 and 14 and/or entering grades 3-9.
