We are hosting a dual tournament on Saturday 3/12/16 at Lawrence High School in Lawrence, KS. With no Subs in Districts 1 and 2, I figure it's a perfect time for a fun change of pace for the kids while staying on the mat.
The entry is $225/team (limit 20 wrestlers). There will be 14 weight classes: 50, 55, 60, 65, 70, 75, 80, 85, 92, 98, 105, 113, 120, 130. Wrestlers in grades K-8 welcome (no high school kids).
We are aiming to get 8 teams total (2 pools of 4). Each team will wrestle 3 duals in the pool, then come out of the pool for one last dual to place (1st, 3rd, 5th, 7th). This way, kids will get ample matches, win or lose. We will take the first 7 teams who contact me.
Plaques for Top 2 teams and M.O.W Awards for a member of each team (voted on by coaches).
