The 2016 Southern Plains Freestyle and Greco Wrestling Camp will be held May 31st-June 3rd on the campus of Fort Hays State University in Hays, Kansas. This camp will serve as a technique/training camp for the Southern Plains Regional Tournament in Dodge City, June 3-6th. While the main emphasis will be on the Olympic styles, most techniques and positioning shown will be fully transferable to improve athletes folkstyle wrestling for years to come. Transportation to the camp has been available in the past.
