Are there any other teams that did not receive any information on the state body meeting coming up. Looks like I missed it.

Yes it is over - Some of the district and state meetings were held on the same day in Salina.

Hawks, sorry you missed the state body meeting. The date was posted on this site's calendar, and showed up if you went to the home page. We also emailed a meeting notice and agenda out to every club that chartered last year. If your club did not get the notice, please send me a PM so that we can get the database updated with the correct email address.
