Does anyone use an online form such as a google form/document or a website to have parents sign their kids up for membership with your club? How about to sign up for tournaments?

We have used google docs the last couple years for membership, going all through our website this year to include tournaments.

Would you mind sharing your google docs and your website with me to look at?

jcchristenson or Fred Rosas, is sportngin an app? I ask because I typed "sportngin" in play store & several different apps similar to that pop up but none with the exact name. Can you share a picture of the logo? Trying to find a better way to do club registration & tournament sign ups! Thanks!
