Kansas Wrestling Forums General Discussion Kids Folkstyle Lion Elite Novice Tournament 12-18-2016

The Lansing community and Lion Elite would like to invite your novice wrestlers to the Lion Elite Novice Tournament being held at Lansing High School on 12-18-2016. We will be having a short clinic on how tournaments work for new parents and wrestlers while the coaches meeting is happening. We plan on using 7 full mats so we should be able to get out early. A buffet style hospitality room will be used for coaches. All wrestlers will receive medals, we will use remote weigh ins, we will be selling tournament t-shirts and Blue Chip will be on site for all equipment and apparel needs. The facility is perfect. Lots of space. Last year people brought folding chairs for up around top of bleachers. The coaches and parents are very excited for this Tourn.

Lion Elite Novice Wrestling Tournament will have a delayed start time. The gates will open at 830 am. Coaches Meeting will be held at 9:30 am. “New to wrestling” clinic will be at 9:40 am on mat 1. Wrestling will begin at 10am

Please use the Activities Entrance on the West side of the Lansing High School.
