First weekend upsets

Not sure if this is correct, but I saw Christopher Ball of Hoisington lost 5-2 to Tanner Johnson of Holcomb in the finals at Pratt.

Once again, I'm not sure if this is correct as I only saw it on trackwrestling and was not there in person.

On another note I also saw on trackwrestling that Brandon Ball took 2nd at the Bob Smith Open only losing to Chad Red of Nebraska 5-3. Knowing Chad Red personally, I can say this is a great showing for Brandon Ball and Kansas Wrestling. Congrats to Brandon Ball on having a really strong start to this season, and best of luck to you moving forward.

This opening weekend has me wearing out pencils and erasers! Plenty of weight changes as usual but also some great matches...

Cant really call it an upset but more of a suprise on the score. Hensley of Ellis beat Suchy of Russell 12-4. Didn't think anyone would major Suchy

I was thinking Johnson forced a side by side in the 2nd for the near fall.
