Kansas Wrestling Forums General Discussion Freestyle/Greco Recommendations

I am starting a Freestyle and Greco club in Wamego this year. I am a little short on funds but currently have two throw mats and two smaller throw dummies. I have enough funds to get either two more throw dummies in larger sizes or a couple Bone Dummies. Anyone used the Bone Dummies and would your recommend them for a program. Also if you feel there is any other equipment that would be more beneficial please let me know.

Get kids used to throwing each other. If you have throw mats, it always works better.

Chris: I would get a few Supples throw dummies...worth their weight in gold medals. Spent a lot of money the last few years buying stuff from Ivan. Typically will have some solid deals on his Bulgarian bags as well throughout the year I think I about 20 now. Agree with Travis get a crash pad as well. I have not bought the bone dummy yet it is on my list but I would start first with the throw dummies as you can more functional work out of them.
