I agree, ran pretty smoothly all day. And the refs did a great job, especially that big bald one on the little kids mat.

They actually let him "step-up" to the 12 year olds in the afternoon!

Hey guys, what is this pick on Mike day? Actualy those little guys and gals are tough to officiate. I hope I did everyone justice. I have to give a special thanks out to the table workers who were patient with me, the other officials who gave tips. I wish Steve Herman would have given me the tip earlier about the bands and disks. Did you ever see the Seinfield Episode where Kramer can't bend over because of the tight jeans? Well today I am like Kramer but not from tight jeans but a sore body. If you have never officiated, you have no idea how much work it is.
Now to where all of the talk needs to go. Everyone at Clearwater were great, including the officals. It was a great tournament, especially for the kids and that is what matters. Thanks to the coaches, tournament, and other officals. I look forward to more in the future.

Ha ha, im laughing a lot now. I can't just good ole mike out there, with those little kids doing the roly poly. Its is alot of work though, but at the end of the day, you'll come to appreciate it.

I was very pleased with how smoothly the Clearwater Invitational was ran. Lots of quality refs and the facility was awesome. Them small town gals ran a great food service all day. It was nice to have a seat with a back rest as well..

Rose Hill would like to applaud Clearwater on a Great Tournament! We enjoyed being there even though we had to travel through inches of snow wondering why we do these crazy things just to wrestle. Hope everyone made it home safely. Good luck this year and we look forward to coming back.

Valley Center would like to say GREAT JOB!!! The Clearwater tournament is one of the best tournaments we attend. I hope with the new school and it's size that your tournament keeps growing.
