Clubs should also have a couple of the Birth Certificates on file for the kids, since I believe it was required this year for the kids USAW cards. I carry a copy of his BC and current grade card with me in my bag all the time......
Is it by chance an out of state wrestler? MO uses different cut-off date (wish we were the same as the states bordering us for sake of simplicity). I know of several kids with Sept-Dec bdays that are on the bottomside of one age group in MO and still topside of the next lower age group in KS.
