Kansas Wrestling Forums General Discussion Freestyle/Greco Bonner Springs FS/GR - Tuesday Evenings

Bonner Springs will be conducting Freestyle and Greco-roman practices on Tuesday evenings from 6-7:30PM. Practices are available to all ages and experience levels. Workouts begin tonight!

Johnathan Blackwell - 4X Kansas HS State Finalist, 2X State Champion
*Current Baker University Wrestler

Caleb Seaton - 4X Kansas State Placer, State Champion
*Wrestled at Fort Hays State University

Going to be a great workout tonight! Had almost 30 last week, all ages, sizes, and skill levels. Focus will be in par terre tonight, we'll start working low and high gutwrench offense/defense and leg lace offense/defense.

These workouts are focused on skill development, learning and getting familiar with new positions, and some live wrestling at the end of practice. Come check it out!

Practices are in the Bonner Springs wrestling room, which is located in the Bonner Springs YMCA, right next to the high school.
