Anyone that has any forms that they use for the paperwork or organization of their club or any tips to help keep things organized, that is what I am looking for. Eric sent me a form that will help during tournament and will definately be used. I guess another thing I might be looking for is any rules or bylaws or handouts that your club goes by. What roles do people fill in the club, other than coaches. President, VP, Secretary, etc... How do you choose them, what do they do. I have recieved a prety good one from Team Lightning, but any others might be helpful.
