Every Wednesday and Thursday at Washburn Rural HS coach McBurney will run FS/Greco practices from 6:30-8pm. Anyone in the Topeka area, K-12, is welcome to attend! Instruction is provided at no charge...just need a USAW card.

The fact that girls are forced to wrestle at state in the middle of the week is laughably sexist.

Very good turnout last night. Will be back at it again tonight at 6:30 at WRHS!

The fact that girls are forced to wrestle at state in the middle of the week is laughably sexist.

Freestyle/Greco room will be back in session tonight and tomorrow, 6:30-8, get in there and set your goals for the top of the podium.

20 kids in the room last week from 6U little guys to HS big boys.

Travis will continue to run practices Wednesday and Thursday for Freestyle/Greco through Southern Plains which is June 2nd. Keep getting out there getting reps in, FREE to all wrestlers, all ages and all clubs.

We will have practice Wednesday but not Thursday this week.
