Due to the formation of a new middle school league between the; Derby, Andover, Maize, Goddard, and Valley Center middle schools
AND a change to move middle school wrestling for these schools to October through December, we have decided to change the dates for the Derby Tom Faust Battle of the Midwest Open/Novice Tournaments. The new dates will be January 12 (open) and January 13 (Novice) 2019. After reviewing the kids wrestling schedules from the last few years, we chose these dates because there did not appear to be any tournaments in the Wichita area during this time frame. Another noted change is that the The Park City Classic has now moved their tournament to our old slot and will be held December 15, 2018
The Novice Championship is not affected by this change and will be in February 2019
