Folks,
The school year is upon us. Hopefully everyone summer has went well and with the nice weather days getting thinner and thinner. We have had a lot of questions fielded on sessions starting up again soon and have a few slots left open.
So we are looking at starting back in the mix of things on September 10th. We will be going on Monday and Wednesday 6:00-7:30. This fall we are going to primarily focus on hand fighting and working heavy on our feet (stance, footwork, set-ups, and finishes). Michael Bradley and Ben Forsberg will lead the sessions this fall.
Dates: Sept 10- Nov 2nd (eight weeks)
Days: Monday and Wednesday 6-7:30
Size: Aprx 16 wrestlers (looking to cap it) first come first served
Possible: optional mat time on Sunday afternoons/nights
Cost: $75
