Coaches etc...

I have been tasked with providing some numbers for the startup of a new program. I've looked at mat options, which is probably the biggest hurdle so far. I know what is needed gear wise etc...but would love to hear from anyone about cost savings that might help convince one way or another.

HIgh School Program, middle school, club?? Freshman, JV and Varisty?? - There is probably a rough number cost per HS athlete by sport on average. I would think your best source for these numbers are going to be an AD, Principle, or Super Independent

Number of Paid Coaches?? $1 annually and up


Uniforms, practice gear, singlets and warm ups, head gear shoes, first aid kit, at least nose plugs, other supplies, mat cleaner, mat mops, ankle bands, score clocks, stop watches, score books, etc


Travel budget and bus driver - number of 2 day tournaments - distance and over night stays (meals and lodging)
