Kansas Wrestling Forums General Discussion Kids Folkstyle No 14's at Baldwin Novice on 2/12

Just wanted to make sure everyone knew that Baldwin is not having a 14U division. It's the first time this year that I have seen anyone leave out the 14's. Team Northstars in Kearney, MO is where we are going now.

Very sorry about this, we are trying to make this all flow as best as possible and we are hosting the high school league touranment on Saturday, so with having the mats already down we went with the space we had available, sorry you feel the way you do, although others have been very understanding!

My kid didn't mean to come across that way. I had talked with some other coaches that also didn't know there wasn't a 14 group so I told him to post it on the forum. We are also "very understanding", just making sure others were not surprised. Thanks!

Just wondering if Turner is willing to absorb any of the 14's that may have signed up for the Baldwin Novice?

There used to be quite a few novice tournaments that had 6-12 only. In recent years it hasn't happened and people aren't used to it.
