The 321A Pre-Season Rankings have been posted

Keep in mind I have not heard that many weight projections so these rankings are predominately based off of last year's state tournament results.

Also, I have adjusted what teams are in 321A with the cut off looking like it will be Goodland as the largest school. I think we'll get official word from KSHSAA in December when Regional assignments are released.

Please send me any weight projections, injuries, move ins or move outs, etc.

I haven't heard a lot of weight projections at this point, but there were some adjustments for weight class changes and injuries.

The 321A Rankings for December 10, 2019 have been updated.

Again, these rankings still include wrestlers and teams that could in all likelihood be in 4A and there are wrestlers and teams that are not currently ranked because they have not officially moved down to 321A. Hopefully we will have the Regional assignments and official classifications announced before the rankings are released next week.

why was brian escobar removed did not compete last weekend because of illness

Brian Escobar has a win against common opponent of your 2nd ranked kid and 5th ranked kid both lost to Caleb Framer

Escobar weighed in at 145 this past weekend for the Pratt Tournament, so I opted to move him to that weight class for the rankings.

I'm not sure about this match up with Caleb Farmer from Remington (who has graduated) and Escobar that you are referring to, I could not find it in TrackWrestling for last season.

They messed up i entered him at 132 which is what he is at this year and he was ill so i scratch him that morning. And the match up with them two was at distict 2 championship to go to 3rd and 4th i am just wondering if matches like that hold any weight in your ranking

34 of the 84 ranked wrestlers, 5 #1 ranked wrestlers, should be a great regional

27 of those ranked kids in the Mid Continent League. Going to be a heck of a league tournament this Friday in Ellis.

You are right about that, going to be some great wrestling going on there.

It's the same thing every year. State placers will stay home at The west regional. I really wish we would move to 2 super regionals. That way the best 8 (generally) from each regional will qualify. The state tournament would be tougher.
