Things got pretty weird in the world of fundraising these past few months. They're gonna continue to be weird for months to come.
Every season, I work with as many wrestling teams in Kansas as I can. In recent years, we have shifted to online fundraising for wrestling teams--and it's gone VERY well.
Ironically, this season will have to be ALL online for EVERYONE. The liability and risk in person-to-person fundraising is too high, and frankly just not worth the hassle. If you want to raise money, you'll have to do it in a safe, non-contact fashion.
Regardless of what the season may look like, I guarantee there IS a season of some sort. So start thinking about how you will raise money.
If you need help, please let me know. I am a wrestling coach, I know the needs of our programs, and I have a way to deliver safe, secure, and profitable fundraisers. I've been working with the KWCA and Kansas Club and HS Wrestling Coaches for nearly 2 decades.
