Have any coaches had any luck ordering podium pictures of their state placers from Lifetouch?

For the past six years, I've had nothing but problems dealing with them.

I can't help you with your question here, but our school did drop Lifetouch for school pics this year based on the issues we've had in the recent past.

Coach Bovaird, I am struggling as well. I got on there and couldn't figure out how to order them.

The photographer on site didn't have the option to order pictures there at the state tournament, and she told me that I should go to the Lifetouch website and enter an event ID to order. Well, the website was not very user friendly, so I tried to contact them for customer service and support. The person I chatted with told me that since I was not a parent or guardian, I could not order pictures of my wrestlers. They would be sending a code to the parents...

But since no parents were allowed on the floor during the awards, how on earth would Lifetouch know who to contact? The representative could only apologize and say there was nothing else he could do for me. He'd let his supervisor know about my situation.

I wish KSHSAA would choose a different photographer for this event -- one that used common sense, had a better webpage, and didn't take 2+ months to print and deliver photos.

I feel that it may be time for KSHSAA to part ways with this company in favor of a local photographer that can better serve the wrestlers, families, and schools of Kansas.

In my state packet I had a flyer from LifeTouch with the "code" on it. One of my parents contacted them and said in 4 to 6 weeks they'd be up and ready for order.

This was the code and I believe it was for Girls and Boys 1A-6A: EVT3BBJHZ
