I wanted to extend a public THANK YOU to Coach Parker and his Washburn Rural girls wrestling team for all that they did to help during the Leavenworth Challenger this past weekend.

From the coaching staff helping out our very inexperienced table workers to the entire team helping us roll up the mats at the end of the day, your willingness to lend a hand speaks volumes about the program that has been built there at Washburn Rural. You all may not think it was a big deal to help, but for me it was one of the coolest gestures from an opposing team that I've personally seen in quite some time.

Though will will be competing on the mat all season long, but know that the Pioneer Wrestling program is wishing you all the best for this upcoming season.
