Club Admins participating in the Rumble at the Rock,

I would like to apprise you of a few developments.

I have sent an email to club emails with a weigh in login and the following information. If you have not received it, please contact Coach Brad as soon as possible.

We have expanded the tournament. If we were to run the tournament as per the past, it would have a lot of dead time. We are making the decision to move to a split session tournament to alleviate some of these issues. We are currently going through the Trackwrestling simulator to find the most efficient setup for the tournament. Please advise your parents of this development. We will send emails out Tuesday with the times for the sessions.

Please complete weigh in between 8am and 8 pm Saturday. Please sign in to test the link to make sure it works for you.

Finally, please send to me, or adjust your lineups at this time for the girls divisions.

Additionally we are above capacity...please no more requests to be added to the tournament.

As noted yesterday, we are moving to a split session tournament. To do so, we are adjusting our times as well. We apologize for this, but in an effort to accommodate as many wrestlers who showed interest, we are making this change to also get wrestlers out in a timely manner.

Session I will begin promptly at 830. It will contain both boys and girls in 6u, 8u, and 14u. Early projections show that it will be completed by 12:15.
Session II will begin no sooner than 12:45 once all action from Session I is complete and some time is given to warmup. It will contain boys and girls in 10u and 12u and it is projected to be done by 3:45.

As a reminder, weigh in links have been sent out. Please check and make sure they are working for you.

If you have a girl to move to the girls division, PLEASE go in and change them to a girls division and girls weight. I can tell you right now, early projections will have combining of classes.
