Notes: The board had 2 major concerns with this proposal. #1 Was the specifics and details of how to go about handling these video reviews i.e how many does each competitor get? Would it only be for blood round / medal rounds, etc. #2 Do we have the infrastructure and personnel in place to accomplish this? Ultimately the vote ended up as a NO due to abstain votes which count as no. If the body chooses to vote to pass this, then a committee would have to be formed in order to work out all the logistics to make it work. The board would have preferred a concrete proposal with all details accounted for be submitted, but what was submitted is what was taken into consideration.
I would like to propose a bylaw to be added regarding video review. Video review during the USAWKS State Championships.
