K. Detmer going for 5th straight Kids championship. Who are the State placers in this weight class this year????

District 3 was a very tough District. Rempe, Lemon, Treinan, and West should all make some noise. Detmer is indeed very tough but it would be interesting to see him and Rempe go at it again.

Rempe vs. Detmer again? Was it a close match? Didn't Rempe finish 3rd at Districts? Be interesting seeing Dist 2 vs 3 starting out. Good wrestlers on both sides.

Last time Rempe and Detmer met up was last year at State for the championship. Detmer beat Rempe with a pin (Rempe made one little mistake and Detmer-as good as he is-capitalized on it). The year before, they met up at state and if I am not mistaken, it was a very close match. Both Rempe and Detmer have placed at high school as freshman. They have very similiar talents and ability.

No it wasn't last year Detmer beat Trison Gram in the state finals
