Can anyone tell me the rule about the second overtime? I thought the ruling was first offensive point scored gets the choice in the 2nd overtime and if not it goes to the toss. Thanks

It's the first POINT scored, not first offensive point. If it is 0-0, then there is a flip of the disk.

I didn't think escapes and reversals counted. I thought it was not suppose to be an advantage to be on bottom first. Are you positive this is correct?

vikes is correct. In fact, it could even be a penalty point.
