Are there two 16 and under brackets i'm confused by the way it is shown on the website.it only show one eight man bracket and there are 15 wrestlers.why is that?

I'm not sure anyone understands your question. The State Master Bracket is a 16 man bracket. Are you referring to a specific weight class? Someone probably has the answer if you can clarify.
