Richard you consider everything I say an insult, and you do the same to just about everyone else on this forum too but thats your opinion and your entitled too it. A question was asked and I answered it. I wasn't talking about any coaches in particular all I said is I woulnd't want to coach in any wichita school simply becuase of all the crap that originates out of the city itself. And the question in the post wasn't "Who is a better coach out of the two school" So before you jump on my back read the post and don't assume that my statement are aimed at anyone if they were you can be sure I would say it in my post.

Wichita South had a pretty good team this year including a state champ. I know coach Niggs is an awesome guy and an awsome coach I am offended to see his team and hiself put down.

Someone is reading something into Nigels post thats not there. THe way I took it was exactly the way he replied back. And I would tend to agree with his opinion of Coaching in Wichita. It has to be challenging and I am sure there are exceptional coaches and wrestlers there, but I think it is the city stuff he was refering to. THanks.

You can't really say anything on this site without someone critizing you, but I don't take any offense to most of the statements made

Boy that is for sure! So I'll go ahead and set the critics up: WICHTA SOUTH!!!
They have been near the top ever since I have been around (1978); Wichita Southeast has good traditions in other sports but hasn’t done anything in wrestling for years?
Plus South is my almamater!

Are you currently a coach at Perry? Both teams have great coaches with good traditions, either in Wichita(Nigg) or Oklahoma and Wichita(Lemon). But coming from the program that you are coming from neither of these schools compairs. Don't get me wrong they are both great programs with top notch coaches, but the wrestling atmosphere and support that you would find in Perry does not exist here. Wrestling is growing in Kansas and it is great to be apart of, but be prepared for some differences.
P.S.-I wrestled for Dan Kendal at Pawnee from 90-96.
