Yes, some had good experiences. I'm sure. So here's the bad. There were too many people in that facility. Threatening to stop the tournament if the isles weren't clear? Just where were the people to go? There wasn't any room in the stands. The commons area was full constantly, but most came to watch the wrestling, not the cartoon video. Older kids wrestling on a third of a mat? 14 year olds 95-120 lb need a full mat. To many matches with too many kids going out of bounds and landing on the floor. Officating, well, I think someone else summed it up in a previous post. Too many entries? Hard time turning them away? 99 scratches, with over 700 that showed up? Is that number correct? What? What would or did the fire martial say? I hope more thought can be given the next time. Sorry, Mill Valley, but poor planning. :rolleyes:
