Chrisman would beat Vogel hands down. Look at the kid he's a monster. His size along with his skill, you have to go with Chrisman.

Your forgetting about Matt Dukes, he is by far the most explosive of the three. He's not the technician the other two are, but he's the most unpredictable wrestler in the state. It would be fun to watch.

are we forgetting what biddle did to vogel last year,he played with him for three periods,it was a joke, chrisman's match with tennant came down to last seconds, lost by two or three, chrisman's built like a 170 pounder, but vogel is alot better than last year, but in the end i think chrisman's strength would pay off, they both would beat dukes, but if bradley would have stayed straight, him and chrisman would have been a good one

What does Biddle beating Vogel have to do with anything? Biddle and Tennant are two different people, sorry guy.

That's just like saying Vogel would win because he pinned his guy in the state finals and Chrisman only beat his guy by a couple of points.

I wrestled chrisman last year at state in the semifinals and lost by one point. He is a tough oppenent. I have never wrestled vogel but I have wrestled people vogel has wrestled. I know that, that doesnt mean a lot but if I had to choose who I thought was better it would have to be chrisman. Good job this year nick. Houston Pierce from Liberal, Kansas.

I would like to see the Vogel-Chrisman match also. It would be even more interesting to watch since they seem to be pretty good friends. I watched Jared put his warm ups on after pinning the Buhler kid in the finals and go sit in the corner behind Nick's coaches. I would have to say that I think Vogel would win though. Nick looks to be ten times stronger than Vogel, but I can assure you that Vogel is stronger than he looks and has the mat skills to make up for any lack of strength. If I'm not mistaken, the only losses that Jared has had in the past three years were to Tyson Biddle. He lost to him five times last year, but never lost by more than 5. And to bigwrestling fan, apparently you don't remember that Vogel put rolled Biddle to his back with a side headlock with 3 seconds left, but Tyson kept his shoulder up enough to not get counted. If Vogel would have scored on that it would have either tied the match or put him ahead, I can't remember. I would think that being able to say that were it not for one wrestler, he would have had three undefeated seasons, would be pretty impressive since there were only 13 kids in Biddle's high school career that were able to beat him (according to his college profile). I would also like to add that I have seen Vogel wrestler Blake Seiler in a match in practice and as big and strong as Blake is, Vogel more than holds his own. I'm not sure if they kept score or if they did, what the score was, all I know is that Blake took as many lumps as Jared did and they came out pretty even.

hey buffduddy,i was making the point because the guy before me said that chrisman got beat by tennant at state last year,so i reminded him about vogel's match with biddle, that's all was not comparing the two,ok duddy,as for vogels match with biddle,I don't remember it like that, might be wrong but i thought it was 17-7 or something like that, and if vogel did score more, the majority of his pts came cuz biddle took him down and let him up all match long, and I realize biddle was a stud as is vogel plus being a tremendous young man,him and nick are both studs

This is Nick Chrisman and I think that vogel would give me one heck of a match. We were warming up befor the finals and I could not do anything to him, he counters evrythhing, I think that he Is a better wrestler than me but who knows we will probley wrestle in the east west classics. So people stop arguing over who would win I dont think that either of us care we are just friends and we would just wrestle for fun

Nick, This is Jared Vogel. This forum is starting to get a little old. You are right in saying that neither of us care that much who would win. It would be a **** good match. Nick does have the obvious strength advantage, but it would be fun to see. I do hope that we meet at the East West Classic. Don't know if it will happen, but it would be very fun. All I know is I would be honored to shake your hand, no matter which hand of our hands was raised. Also, congratulations on your state championship, you deserve it.
