I'm not sure that I see an error in his sentence. "Were" would be the correct word to use when you're reffering to more than one thing - "thoughts".

Watching the match, my thoughts were: Good Lord...Baldridge is good. **** good. I've never seen Weatherbee get tossed around, but he did against Baldridge. No-one's going to hold Tait down for 2 minutes and Baldridge didn't but every time he escaped, Baldridge took him down...usually easily.

Mike i completely agree with you about no one holding Tait down, but when he did manage to escape Baldridge was more than happy to bring him back to the mat. Baldridge made a 28-0? wrestler look like a run of the mill kid, which he is not, that was a match that was worth the price of admission for spectators

I ran into a good kid in the consolation quarter finals, different style than i'm used to seeing and i couldn't hand it, he embarassed me on my feet to be honest with you, just a kid i couldn't i handle, but he's no slouch by any means, he's a very talented wrestler that has a history in the kids club as well, but i'm sorry dissapoint you, but i'll wrestle Orozco Thursday in a dual, and then again Friday at Hoisington in a dual tournament so i can let ya know how i fair there. David is looking really well now, he has over 100 takedowns and is really hitting his stride this year. His shoulder is in question though, if it can hold out he'll place at state. Oh well thanks for trying to come watch me, sorry you didn't get the chance, but i did see Gabe in the bathroom, but i didn't see you

Alex
