I was wondering what everyone was going to do for practice tonight?

What would you really like to do for practice?

I am lucky in the fact that I just get to show up for practice and follow the head coaches plans. I think I would be too tough on the youngins

We should have a hard day today. Nothing for meets until Saturday and it will be a great lifting day. I am hoping he puts in some conditioning- alright I am hoping for alot of conditioning- like to see the boys work hard

Tuesday's is a live wrestling day for us. Lots of situations and matches. Situations full speed 100% effort and resistance, match like preparation. It's nice enough too to may be get out and run sprints on the practice football fields.
