does any one know why Jesse Cook did not wrestle at regionals , because I think he could of done really good at state?

Cook was unable to wrestle on Saturday morning because the team showed up late and there was not enough time for Cook to lose the weight that he was over bye. I had a chance to talk to Cook first hand and he was very disapointed. I agree he would of been great at state. But he has next year.
