Has anyone heard of problems with the Andale regional not being able to run three mats?

The CTL league tourney was held and will be held there this year. They run 3 mats for this tournament, I don't know why it would be any different for regionals.

The story I have been told is the CTL League Tournament will be held at Andale.

The tournament was scheduled to be held in Andover, however due to some problems between the two high schools over which school would host the event, the league decided to move the tournament to Andale.

Andover High school would have to use 2 gyms to accomodate 3 mats due to lack of floor space in gym, and everyone knows that is not the best situation for a wrestling meet. Not sure why Andover Central didn't want to host, but the CTL meet is in Andale again.

Thank you for the clarification. Andover Central has a large and beautiful new facility.

I have been told that Andover Central had placed a bid to host a 4A Regional Basketball Tournament. When the local site was awarded to Mulvane, I also wondered why Central did not step forward to host the tournament.
