Kansas Wrestling Forums General Discussion High School RIP Tim Polson

So sorry to hear about Tim Polson passing away. Tim's Dad wrestled on the same high school team as I did and he comes from a great wrestling family and was a fine young man. Such a tragedy. My thoughts as well as many of Johnny's teammates from Kinsley go out to the Polson family. Tim was a darn good wrestler and a better kid. God Bless.

who is Tim Polson, and how did he pass on?

Was he a light weight kid (98, 105 or 112)from Garden City in the late 80's?

He was a three time state runner up from Garden City. His dad (Johnny and uncle Ronnie were good wrestlers for Kinsley in the 60's and 70's. He and his wife were killed in a head on accident near Olathe a few days ago. He was in his early twenties.
