Jeff, How did your tourney up in Vinton Iowa go and how did the Atchison contingency do ???

Well, the Redmen scrapped and fought but they had a rough day, going 0-4 against some strong teams. Western Dubuque is a 3A school (roughly 5A there) and Maquoketa Valley and Williamsburg (along with Vinton-Shellsburg, of course) are 2A (Kansas 4A).

The results follow, but keep in mind while the boys in the Red and Gold might have taken their lumps, at least they had the stones to make the trip.
